Processing Times
Non-customized orders Ā
We aim to process non-customized orders within 1 to 2 business days.
When the āsame-day shippingā option is offered, it applies only to non-customized products and is subject to stock availability.
Customized products Ā
For customized products, please allow a processing time of 3 business days prior to shipment.
All processing times are expressed in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Times
After shipment, delivery generally takes between 3 and 6 business days, depending on the destination country.
In case of high demand or unforeseen circumstances (strikes, staff shortages, logistical disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control), delivery times may exceptionally extend up to 30 business days, depending on the destination country.

Delivery Guarantee and Refund
